Our Conference Room
Our conference room, the Betty Kapetanakis Memorial Conference Room, is available for meetings, receptions and workshops. The room accommodates 25 comfortably around a boardroom-style table and is available for larger groups (up to 40 guests for open-room receptions) after office hours.
There is a full-service pantry, gender-neutral and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, projector and screen, wi-fi, easel, in-room video camera and microphone for web conferencing, flip charts, dry erase board, markers and speakerphone.
Current North Star Fund grantees may use the space for no cost or low cost* during regular office hours (10 am – 6 pm). Former grantees pay a small fee.
The room is also available for other community organizations, with fees based on the size of their annual budget and dependent on the planned usage.
