Capacity Building & Leadership Programs

North Star Fund strengthens the leadership of grassroots organizers. Through events, trainings and workshops, one-on-one support, and sharing resources, we help organizations and leaders build their capacity to effect social change.

We’re a member of the New York City Capacity Building Collaborative, which offers periodic trainings for our grantees at no cost.
